Who should you talk to?

talking to workers

Whom should senior leaders talk to? Best practice suggests contacting workers on the job in a random way. It’s also vital to talk to the health and safety representatives. They are likely to be aware of what’s going wrong. The other reason to talk to them is because it elevates their status in the eyes of others on site. If possible, you should also talk to contract workers because they are the most vulnerable and most likely to be aware of where practices don’t match theory.
